Tsuji Kakō (1870-1931) was a Japanese painter active from the Meiji era to the early Showa era. Born in Kyoto. Together with Takeuchi Seiho, Kikuchi Yoshifumi, and Taniguchi Kaoho, he was known as one of the Four Heavenly Kings under Umerei.
